3.2.1 I can’t get my data into BrainVoyager, or the values are all wrong

Before calling BV support, please try to convert your data to Nifti, and try to import it using the Nifti plugin, which can be found in Plugins > Nifti Converter. An excellent DICOM to Nifti convert is MRIcron by Chris Rorden, to download for free from http://www.sph.sc.edu/comd/rorden/mricron/.

3.2.2 The create project wizard does not work or crashes BrainVoyager

• BrainVoyager crashes while executing the create Project wizard
• My acquisition matrix is larger than 128 × 128. BrainVoyager incorrectly reads my data?
• I need byte swapping (can occur with PHILIPS PAR/RECdata), that is: from little Endian to big Endian or vice versa.
• the number of bytes per pixel of my raw data ≠2?
• the Siemens MOSAIC matrix is incorrectly read by BrainVoyager?
