Although it is supported, we do recommend not to convert your data to ANALYZE format, because the data does not contain the positioning information needed for coregistration to anatomical data. The ANALYZE data format is becoming obsolete and being replaced by the Nifti http://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/nifti-1/ format, which is supported in BrainVoyager with the Nifti-plugin.
