The next version of anatabacus (v2.0) will for BrainVoyager 21.x with new and improved features, including batch processing.

The EPI distortion correction plugin `anatabacus' is released with BrainVoyager QX 2.4.
Please note that v1.0 and v1.0.1 are only suitable for fieldmaps that are acquired with the same measurement parameters as the functional data. It does resample, but this is valid only for data with the same FOV and rotation angle. v1.1 contains a coregistration function, so that any type of fieldmaps can be used.
v1.1 contains an image registration routine. A batch version is now being developed (from March 2017).
Manual: PDF
The manual contains information on how to undistort the data with anatabacus. Also, some information is provided about how to acquire the fieldmap for Siemens scanners, which parameters are required and how to calculate the parameters. For other scanners (i.e. Philips), please see the Echo spacing and phase encoding bandwidth support page.
Windows 64-bit Mac beta version (same as above, with small fix)

It is recommended to check whether the similarity to the anatomical image improved after undistortion of the EPI image (FMR). The similarity can for example be calculated via a NCC-kind of calculation in fmr2vmrplugin, or via the Sørensen-Dice coefficient or mutual information (see Python scripts).
