- if possible, we recommend using SIEMENS MOSAIC data files. This data format is well supported by BrainVoyager. Each file should contain 1 volume, corresponding to 1 diffusion directions. For example, if you use 12 diffusion directions and 1 b0, you should end up with 13 files.
- If you use Dicom files containing a single slice, you should end up with
total number of files = (number of directions + b0) x number of slices per volume
so, if you have acquired 12 directions, 1 b0 and 70 slices, you should have (12+1) x 70 = 910 files.
