Coordinates conversion scripts for Matlab


This archive contains Matlab functions which convert coordinates of the following coordinate systems: BrainVoyager QX Internal (BVint) - BrainVoyager QX System (BVsys) - Talairach (Tal) - Matlab array indices of the 'area of functional data'

testConversion - Takes as input three BVsys coordinates (x,y,z) and creates an .ica-file which is zero in all voxels, except in the voxel with the (x,y,z) coordinates. This voxel has value 1.
