Available Tools: Matlab Tools (BVXQtools)
BVQXtools is a MATLAB toolbox currently maintained by Jochen Weber, a former staff member at Brain Innovation, now working at the SCAN Unit of Columbia University's Psychology Department in New York. As most important part of the toolbox, two central functions (classes) can be used to read, create, alter, and write most of BrainVoyager QX's file formats (BVQXfile) and also graphically display those files (BVQXtool; slices, timecourses, statistical maps) within MATLAB.
Although the toolbox is still being developed, file input and output works reliably for most of the major formats (at least in their versions used by BrainVoyager QX v1.86 and onwards).
