Batch processing wizard for 4d data

Batch processing wizard for BrainVoyager QX

To process multiple 4-dimensional files, the batch processing wizard can be used.

Batch processing wizard v1.2 beta version for BrainVoyager QX 2.3 and higher: for Mac OS X, Windows 64-bit, Windows 32-bit, Linux 64-bit (latest update*: 21-12-2011 ). With this version it is also possible to create multiple VTC or VDW files, to preprocess VTC files or to create multiple MTC files.
*I found a small bug in the *.js script (only when reading Source files for VTC creation from textfile), for anyone who downloaded v1.2, please download this new version. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Source files need to have the following formats specified in the table below. Text files with file names are also produced after manual file selection and after each creation/preprocessing step.

Batch processing wizard v1.1 for BrainVoyager QX 2.3 on Mac OS X, Windows 64-bit and Linux 32-bit. This is only a small maintenance update to adapt to the filenaming property in BVQX 2.3; also, it prints more parameters to the Log tab (08-02-2011).

Batch processing wizard v1.0 for BrainVoyager QX 2.2 on Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, Mac OS X and Linux Ubuntu 9/10. This version includes intra-session alignment. Here is the manual: PDF(13-10-2010)

Please note that - due to available scripting functions - the temporal high pass filtering offered in the wizard is the "classical approach", which is quite similar to the "GLM approach". For details, please consult: The BrainVoyager QX User's Guide on Temporal High-Pass Filtering .

Batch processing wizard v0.9 for BrainVoyager QX 2.2 on Windows 32 (tested on Windows 7). This version also writes text files with the filenames of produced projects, which can be used later instead of manual file selection. (Aug-2010: please note: the version of July has been replaced by a version of August, which contains a fix in motion correction options).
